Perimeter Security Systems approached us about helping market their…perimeter security systems. It was okay to approach us, because we didn’t use a perimeter security system ourselves. They had a solid product, but they also had some stiff, more established competition. We employed something known as “executional differentiation.”
A few weeks later, Perimeter Security Systems was the only place one could acquire a true TheftZapper Electric Security Fence System. The fence was the same, but the branding gave it a boost. This was a true “from-scratch” effort, as we provided both the name and the logo, along with a custom website and a series of introductory videos. We even created a customized version of the logo’s character to use on the website’s 404 page.
